The Sorceress Experiment (aka My ongoing digital hurdle! 😤)
This piece was started during today's CGCookie weekly twitch stream and I almost called it off beforehand for how frustrated I've been recently with my digital work. It's been a strange journey knowing that your traditional skills surpasses your digital and attempting to balance the two has been mentally taxing.
But this experimental "throwaway" piece was just the challenge I needed (and no multiply or overlay layers were used!) I'm eventually hoping to pull on my traditional process and integrate that more into my digital pieces.
A HUGE thanks to everyone that came to the stream to discuss art blocks and overcoming them. Your suggestions were insightful and I enjoyed the ideas thrown my way for this piece! I appreciated that today and was a huge help in pushing this lil one along, so thanks again!
